Waters and Bellamy headline Chicago
Last week, Anna Leigh Waters notched her 200th PPA Tour title at the Veolia Chicago Cup. Of those titles, 66 have come alongside Ben Johns in mixed doubles, including the one earned on Sunday morning.
Roscoe Bellamy powered past Haworth to claim his first title of 2026 and the second of his career. Waters also earned the Triple Crown with her win. Bellamy will look to replicate that form at next week’s event in Virginia Beach.
Women’s doubles final set
Chicago’s women’s doubles final was set to feature Tyra Black and Catherine Parenteau against Anna Leigh Waters and Anna Bright for gold, marking the second time in two weeks that the two pairings have met in the final.
