Alnwick Town v Harraby
ALNWICK TOWN 0 HARRABY 2

Town met Carlisle side Harraby for the first time this season on a heavy pitch at St James's. Town were missing leading scorer Vickers through suspension and Keenan through injury.
The game was competitive in the early stages as Harraby had a couple of half chances in the opening encounters. Alnwick found there feet and started playing the better football in midfield with Lang, Cockburn and Elliot running the show. Against the run of play Harraby got a breakaway goal a cross field pass found Patterson the wrong side of his player who took the ball to the by line and squared it across the box for Stephen Archibald to shoot home from six yards out.
Town went close to an equaliser minutes later a deep cross from Catlow was met by McMullen who's powerful header was tipped over the bar by the Harraby keeper.
Alnwick were dealt a double blow on 30 mins as Lang and Kennedy both had to go off the field picking up injuries.
Alnwick forward Richard Brown did everything right as he found himself free on the edge of the box his powerful shot beat the keeper but cannoned back off the post.
Just before half time Alnwick defender Murray cleared the danger kicking the ball off the line as keeper Brooks was beaten.
Archibald got his second goal of the game on 55 mins and it was a carbon copy of his first goal tapping home from six yards out
New signing Chris Moffett tested the Harraby keeper from 25 yards out but the keeper was a match for the youngster's effort.
Brookes pulled a great save on 70 mins diving full stretch from a 25 yard effort pushing the ball wide of the post. Alnwick battled hard but ran out of ideas in the closing stages as Harraby kept possession and seen the game out.
Alnwick could have no complaints about the result as Harraby edged the game and played some good football in the tricky conditions.
